Spyros Tsitsonis is a senior professional with solid Accounting, Finance and Controlling background in multi-cultural transnational matrix organizations, in sectors such as Automotive, FMCG, E- Commerce, Medical Devices and Financial Services. Member of the board of Directors, experienced in Accounting & Management Accounting (IFRS, US GAAP), Tax, Controlling, Planning, Analysis.

Proven experience in restructuring, cost structure continuous improvement, processes improvement and Business Partnering.

Full P&L and Cash-flow management, financial strategic and operating leadership responsibilities. Hands-on experience in achieving sales, profit and working capital targets.

Accountable that all relevant accounting, Sarbanes-Oxley and FCPA controls are operated effectively throughout the Business, providing regular training and advice to the finance and field employees in Greece.

Assumed responsibilities in areas such as IT, Procurement and Warehouse supervision. Key-point of contact for legal, insurance, pensions, treasury and payroll issues.

Spyros has more than 20 years of extensive experience functioning as a financial leader multi-national companies and its subsidiaries in Greece, such as PIAGGIO SRL, BEIERSDORF AG, LA REDOUTE SAS, C.R. BARD. He has also worked for the start-up consulting industry and most recently, he served as Group Chief Financial Officer for ISS Greece (Unison Hellas), a €50 million revenue, group of companies. Fluent in English, Greek and Italian, Spyros holds a Bachelors in Finance from the University of Piraeus. He lives in Athens with his wife Klelia and has two children.
